Its Good, its kinda basic you could make more of the theme round

Text? It looked better in dark grey then straight black.

I think it looks good. Simple.. but affective. Background looks fine imo

Yea the background could be lightened up a little bit. Other than that, good job

Overall its an okay theme. Nothing interesting just okay

I wouldn't really use a black to white gradient in the background when the forum back ground is white. Its just my opinion plus it doesn't look "Industrial" to me. The colours that come to mind are dark colours such as Blacks, Greys and Blues (Dark and Pale).

I think you should start experimenting with CSS(3) and template edits abit more. Like with your Fruitopia and its transparent welcomebox. Try combining some of those skill to change the look of the MyBB forum in your next theme. I can guarantee you would turn some heads with your next theme if you take in my feedback.

I dont want to sound mean or blunt but from my point of view its fugly.
