I am trying to install the plugin "Pjirc_chat" and are having some problems, what folder do I upload it in, I've tryed like every folder there is and It's not comming up the in plugin manager.

PS: Don't tell me to upload it in inc/plugins cus I've already tried that.

Well if you read the the file thats called readme it will tell you where to upload it.
Usually the readme tells you everything (Hence the name)
