Hello,

I have a member that says he cannot attach an exe file to one of his posts. Is there an option that I can tick or untick to allow these type of files?

In the admin CP go to configuration and then attachment types, I would not suggest allowing exe uploads though.

Personally I'd put it in a zip archive or something.

Ok, I tried to zip it into a winrar archive file and add it that way, but it isn't working either. Any other ideas?

try .zip file...
.rar file is not supported in default..
