I think it is a good basic theme. Easiest thing I ever edited. There is room for making it more fancy if needed. I edited quite a bit it wasn't too hard. I asked first if I could though don't worry.

I'm trying to decide if keeping the same name gives me an excuse to not have to wait for another release thread to be approved.

I've tweaked it a bit and call the new version Orange Accent SE.
