Go to ACP > Forums & Posts > go through each forum and make sure the permissions are correct for all of them.

Does not display,, Total Posts:''in the user's profiles.

Not sure what you're getting at there, that's not a profile, do you mean all post counts are 0?? There's a link to the fox for that a few posts up...
