i changed one admin account to user for testing if i again change mean i get this error message

You do not have permission to edit this user because you are not a super administratorr

Are you using the account you installed the forum with?? You'll get this if you're trying to edit a super admin when you're not a super admin yourself; super admins are defined in ./inc/config.php.
