I was wondering if someone could create a Tournament plugin for future tournaments hosted by my upcoming gaming community

I will gladly give credits back to the creator

The plugin should be able to show a toplist of the best team with the most "points" under different categories i.e. games.

The possibilty to create such events are only allowed to Administrators and specific groups chosen by a administrator.

That's not what I'm looking for - I want to create "Leagues" for different remote games outside the server (i.e. Counter Strike).

You'll need a custom plugin. It won't be an easy one. I know a similar one was sold for almost 200.
