I am having trouble with plugins not working. They should be adding tabs in the admin panel. Additions to the profiles. And all that jazz. My forum has problems doing any of that. I just tried a clean install.

any ideas on server configurations that might cause this?

I just installed easyphp on my computer for testing sites. It is not live.

Do you get any errors when you activate them??
