When I edit a message from quick reply, it comes with ını characters. Plus, if it is a new reply, it shows Turkish characters correctly. It happens only when I edit. Thanks a lot for your reply...

Not: MYBB version is 1.4.10, Turkish language

Have you edited the file yourself or is it a translation pack?

It is a Turkish latin5 translation pack. I don't use utf-8
