Yeah, Dolby Home Theater Speakers, with the side keypad. very very nice laptop. I have had not one issue with it.

My 533MHz Celeron with 128MB SDRAM pretty much never froze, and loaded _quality_ (non-demanding eg video editing) applications quickly, in the ~3 years I had been using it.
Can say the same with my netbook, though it can handle more demanding tasks like 720p video decoding etc.
So I suppose as long as you can properly set up the machine, any should do.
I agree with Yumi, my Netbook has a VIA C7 1.6GHz CPU and the amount of things it can run and the speed is impressive. It's all about optimization.

IMO you can't go wrong with a HP, they are great value, are reliable and get the job done.
