How can I delete the below theme from the Admin CP completely?

Theme called HUMP and has the red boxes around it.

It was originally meant to be the default but a few things errored and whenever I uploaded a default theme from the MyBB download package, it overwrited that same theme and kept my errors.

Is there a way to remove it or overwrite the files with the default theme?

You've messed something up here, you've got Options next to the Default Templates which isn't right and you've got Expand Templates next to a custom set which isn't right. What exactly did you do to make this happen?? How did you 'upload' the theme from the default package?? You'd have had to have gone into the database to do this, importing it wouldn't change the names around like that.

Can you export your mybb_templatesets table, zip it up and attach it here?? We might be able to fix it but I think you're going to have more issues with templates if it's like this.

I've completely messed this up.

If I reinstall MyBB will it solve the problem?

I suck at this stuff and i've done more damage than good.
