Also, I'm thinking of just removing the Sandbox since at the moment there's no need for it. People can just download the actual software and test it on their own computer, so all the Sandbox does is allow potential problems.

I can't tell if it's a spambot because it has no signature. I had to change the user's name (they originally had a series of unicode control characters that resolved to a couple of spaces) so I'm keeping an eye on them. They did respond to my PM asking what to change their name to, though, so there's one mark towards being a real person.
