Update from v1.2 to v1.4.10 occured yesterday.

However, since the conversion Text Edit Buttons are missing when replying to a post or generating a new post. This is only the case when using Internet Explorer. In Mozilla the buttons appear.

Default theme is being utilized
editor.js has been reuploaded in binary - no change
modifications have all been deactivated - no change
user cp checked - no option to change view edit buttons

A regular user account has been established as:
u: mybb
p: support

Can anyone advise on what to look at next?

Some of your templates aren't default, it'll be that, go to ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > **expand template set** > go through every group and if any have a green name click Options > Revert to Original.

Although half blinded by repetitive clicking the board is displaying everything correctly.
