Thats odd... Does it still occur with that awards plugin disabled?

yea still there after awards plugin disabled

Well there is no box there after "Can manage group promotions?" in a default installation so what other plugins do you have activated?

Holy mackerel! With that many I am not surprised you have a few bugs. The only thing I can think of is to go through and deactivate each of your plugins one by one to see which one is causing the problem. I am guessing it isn't a big enough problem for it to be worth your time to go through them one by one but maybe someone else knows whats causing it.

You have 2 options:
1) Provide admin access so somebody can figure out what is supposed to be there.
2) Disable each plugin 1 by 1 to see what caused it.

TimB your right when you say "I am guessing it isn't a big enough problem for it to be worth your time to go through them one by one" i was just messing around when i came across it the only plugin that was causing a little bit of a problam is User Agent (1.4) right now when it is not acatived it sayes "Warning! Language files not found. Please make sure that you have properly uploaded the plugin." but the language files are there so i am at a loss if you go and actavativt it any how i lose
Optimize Database in the acp/Tools & Maintenance it becomes User-agent statistics thats why i am not useing it i also had trouble with miss you plugin but has fixed it self since installing mybb 1.4.10

If i run the install script could that fix this??

Found out what it was i checked the view source

so I disabled MYIPN and it was gone. Now i do not know if this is a bug or somthing i am missing.
