Good theme. It's simple yet professional in a way. Though I do have some suggestions. I think the background is a little distracting so maybe take the opactiy down a bit. And the postbit buttons look awkward because they all have a different rounded radius to them.
Would square buttons be better?

No, I like the roundness of them. Can you make them all have the same rounded radius?
Kinda hard to do that when you need to resize them.
Update: adding new on/off/offlock images, new thead_bg image, new buttons, new collapsed images, lowered the opacity of the background.
Really nice theme..but where is the demo??
