How do I change my theme without losing the plugins addons?
Is there anything I can do to not lose them?

You can edit the settings of the theme after you import it to use a template set that already has the code for the plugins in the templates, but the theme might not work on any other template set that what it came with.
ACP > Templates & Style > Click a theme > those settings...
