I've installed every PM plugin and none of them work.

It's a default feature... make sure it's turned on in your UserCP Option and that {$pm_notice} is in your header template.

Now I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/content/25/5274325/html/forum/global.php(431) : eval()'d code on line 4

What did you do before that?? Looks like you did something with the global_pm_alert template but I don't think it would have been necessary to do anything with that...

What exactly did you do? What code did you try to change and where?

OK, made the global PM template back to original and all is good. Thanks everyone.
