MyBB Version: 1.4.9
I am not entirely sure this is a bug, but either way it doesn't appear to be working as it should be. I am unsure whats happening with the Order column. I cannot properly update the order of the groups as the text input only appears for certain ones. All in all I don't even see the purpose of ordering the User Groups. Just sort them by default and custom user groups then alphabetically.
