1- How do I put the image in vertical align center?
2- Also do you know how can I set the individual link for each forum rss?( or is possible to set one "{$forum_url_rss}" parameter?)

1. If you need to put the image in vertical align center, use this code in your td tags:

valign="middle"

2. Try this for RSS link.
