I am getting this in my forum

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1105 - #07000(proxy) all backends are down
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server
I think you should contact your host about this as this error has nothing to do with mybbb.
You'll need to ask your host about that.
it was working though until today
The error means that mybb has problems connecting to the mysql server. So unless you changes a db info at the config.php file, the error lies with your host as they got some problems with their servers.
how do i configure the config manualy
This isn't anything the config file can fix, only your host can sort this out. Maybe they've changed a setting or hit a limit or something else is wrong. Chances are all of MySQL is down, not just this one database.

That is the case in 98% of such cases.

@halohub, to put your mind at ease that it ain''t mybb ''s fault, install a test forum at a new db and see what happens.
its fine now
but what is the best MySql Host for free
