I just moved all of my files out of /public_HTML/forum to /public_HTML/ and now my site is just a white page, what did I do wrong?

I think it is something to do with the skins, because when I go to the portal (ohsf.comze.com/portal.php) it is all messed up to, and before I have had problems with moving it and it being messed up. I need some help just moving it, do I need to change a MySQL Database or anything?

You didn't change some important settings before you moved it. Open ./inc/settings.php, make these changes:

Board URL:
http://ohsf.comze.com

Cookie Path:
/

Then go to ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > make these changes again.
