A very simple plugin that stop users from rating their own threads. It's a free release because it's very short and simple.
Just upload and activate in your admincp.

Yes it is. Basically just a few lines. Not sure why MyBB doesn't have this as a setting.

Indeed it should have. I'm gonna suggest this if it hasn't been yet.
A simple toggle setting for "Allow self rating of threads" to Yes or No would suffice.
But why should this included in core? It's possible with a plugin.
