after i upgrade to 1.4.10, my site's index templates changed by someone. i can't revert to original template because he/she changed it too.
is there any bug?
someone who doesnt have permission to delete templates. maybe a user, maybe a guest i dont know
How would a guest or regular user get into the ACP to edit it...??
Isn't there an option to revert it to original??

there is "revert" option, but original template changed too.
That's why I linked you to the above thread, there was a bug that broke templates, a fix is there. Then you should be able to run the upgrade script again and the default templates will be added in again.
i checked the link, my file is up to date... :s
