The theme can use some work. The blue tcat doesn't look well on the grey and the header doesn't fit in. Also maybe give the tborder a different color from the container background since the forums look like a bit of a mess.

Why have you started a general chat board when there are like 30 other ones already in existence on this board? Not having a domain name isn't helping either.
