Is there any way of not allowing a post, if a post icon hasn't been set?

(I also don't want the user able to press 'No Icon')

I want it so if someone is posting, and the 'No Icon' button is selected, they are told to select a post icon.

what about forcing the user to choose an icon rather than a default?

Does anyone know anywhere else I could download that plugin? I can't register on mybbcentral; the activation email isn't getting through.
