Which template is the Welcome Back, cellphonetalk. You last visited (blah blah blah) in? I know it is used in header but idk where the template itself is.

It's panel_members or something like that. But in order to change the message "Welcome back...." you must edit the languages or replace the variable with plain text.

The template is located in header > header_welcomeblock_member
