Your forum looks okay for the type of forum it is, not too flashy or anything which to me is what it should be. What gets me is the point you make saying....

The last post at the forum was 11/29/2009 and it shows as having 3 registered Members. I hope you're not sitting around waiting for questions to be posted!!

Seriously, there's a ton of computer help forums out there so if you really want to make a go of that kind of thing, find things that maybe original that you can add to your forum that would attract Members to it.
