i created a theme.
This theme is similar to ProBlue but not it.
My Pattern for created this theme is it site:

For making this theme, I used of a few samples (Theme).
Buttons used for this theme is of ProBlue.
I don't insert this theme for download.
My first question is that if I put this theme for download, Not problem?

Ask him for use of the buttons, if not just make new ones or find new ones.
What samples? Like code sampls? If so, you must ask permission.
Well check his site, email his whois email, call him if you need too even. But if the code is different all you need to change are the images.

I remember at first month you were so active(!) but while your hosting provider made you stop publishing MybbCentral plugins for free, your activities limited to editing mods/tutorials and adding your copyright to them.

If you can't contact him and you do not have permission than do not use the buttons. Making your own buttons is annoying but it doesn't take more than 20 minutes. Once you got the a good button all you got to do is change the text and image of it and resave it.
