Whenever I go to the configuration board settings section and alter anything (eg time settings), my forum seems to collapse like this

I have no idea why it should do this and would really appreciate some advice.

Have you uploaded all the files? I get files not found when I click at your forum and portal links.

Yes, the forum was set up fine before I tried to configure it. Everything worked OK. I know that when you click on the my BB Forum link at the top now it links to
www.jrhsupport.co.uk/index.php, but the actual forum index.php page should be
www.jrhsupport.co.uk/bb/index.php. I've no idea what's gone wrong but I've reinstalled this 3 times now and had the same problem each time.
Can you check the settings.php file and make sure that all the settings are as it should in there? (the board url, cookie settings etc)
You've edited your Board URL setting and blanked it out, it needs to be this:

settings.php file looks fine
