Im form Poland so my English isn't good.
After uploading copy database on server i dont have polish characters and some posts content disappear.

It is a db character coallation problem. What is the Coalltion set to?
Eastern European Characters - i dont have characters like: ęąśćół and so one
But where in my board i can chceck what character coallation is set?
"MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)"
At forum i've got polish characters. Only in posts there aren't polish characters.
I uploaded few times database but every time there is the same error...
You just mentioned this time that you get an error? Which error are you referring to?

How about this line at the config.php file, what is it set to?
$config['database']['encoding'] = '';
