We'll need your URL to say for sure but it sounds like you've enabled the MyBB SEF URLs but missed a step.
Yeah, it's what I thought. Go to ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization > disable the SEF URLs. Then, as the instructions in the description of this setting say, rename your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess, and then re-enable the SEF URLs.
Okay i did this and when i enabeld it steel was mest up but i re disabled it and my forums are working... do i NEED that SEF Urls?

No, you don't need them, they're optional, I just assumed you wanted them seeing as you turned them on in the first place...
