After made this modification, now I can completely turn it into the plugin, this will be easier to install.

Plugin's Function:

• Create and show the blast in user's posts.
  

Installation:

1. Upload everything in the "upload" folder to your forum root.
   
2. Go to ACP to activate the plugin.
   
3. Go to http://"forumlink/forum"/usercp.php?action=profile to fill in your blast.
   
4. Enjoy!

I believe you can enter any text you want into the 'blast'.
