well, I'm new and do not know where to report bugs
The bug forum makes me look like this:

surcharge as and when 2 or 3 times and goes normal:

How do I fix this?

It's not a bug, you just have some CHMODs wrong. Make sure ./cache/ and ./cache/themes/, and folders inside, are CHMOD to 777.

public_html / cache
public_html / cache / themes
are
as I said, I do not know what is CHMOD
