First object is definitely more important. I need to make a usergroup able to moderate a certain forum/s, and I don't know how/if it's possible.

Second: Is there any mod that pulls the number of users online in a certain IRC channel and displays it in the forum?

Both will need a plugin, I don't think one exists for either yet. Usergroups as moderators will be default in 1.6 though.

Ah damn. Oh well.

I know the second one is possible, using sockets in php. I will look into doing this in my spare time.
