Hmm, this seems like a smart idea - I am not a fan of forcing users to post stuff, but I can see that this would be handy.
I'm not either, I do not use this on my site, but it was requested so may as well let people who need it use it.
this is for new registered user or existing member when login?
If you have existing members that have not posted in the forum you set, it will include them as well.
will this break any my other plugins?

also if they search threw our forum it will stop them and place them where to write and it will explained to them that they have to write something in this specific thread before posting somewhere else.

Please explain a bit more to what exactly this does in detail ...

thanks
It just stops users who havn't posted in the forum that you specify (usually for introductions) from reading or posting any threads until they post/create a thread in the specified forum.
There is also a handy plug in that allows you to direct members to a forum of your choice on registration. I think that comes with a message? In addition, there is the PM on joining plug in as well.

Those two combined with this should make it clear that posting on the forum needs an entry on the intro thread.

For existing users, just make a site announcement.

Yeah, if you use those plugins together this could work out good on a forum.
