When two members tried to join they said they got a error like this-

Chances are they may just have caps lock on the second time by accident or something.
Any plugins you have which change the registration process in any way?
What's your URL?? If your theme has a login box always showing in the header, some browsers don't like it, because then when the registration page is showing, there's 3 login boxes.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but I thought he meant when trying to create a user from the Admin CP...
Can you ask them what browser they're using?? It's fine in Chrome.
Fine for me in Firefox. If your using IE, there is your problem

No problem. From past experience, IE doesn't like login boxes on some themes.
