You should also consider making the password requirements for your forum much more stringent.

There is no email registerd in my forum

Was your email address getting spammed from that forum spammer email? Why don't you try hiding your email address from the public? I'm sure there's a check box somewhere in the user control panel, it asked me that when I first registered.

Add .ru to your forum email ban list.
