After I install mybb i have in the board setting in the admin cp everything in duplicate...two board online/offine, two genaral configuration, etc...
Is it normal?

no for sure it's not

well 1st i'd like u to take a look at ./inc/settings.php which is online check if the setting are also duplicated over there.

sec in case that didn't help , pls check ur data base tableprefix_settings, and delete and duplicated column

yes everything is duplicated at ./inc/settings.php .

so pls delete the duplication just leave 1 option for each
