how do i make it a person wont get points in a section where if u post it doesnt go towards ur post count

Every forum (ACP / edit forum) should have an option for the NewPoints income rate, then just set it to zero.

EDIT: The above works for MyPlaza Turbo, for NewPoints start at (ACP / Newpoints link) and look for "forum rules."
