How do i change the icons of:
-Forum Contains New Posts
-Forum Contains No New Posts
-Forum is Locked

Any help will be appreciated !

The easiest way is to just make your own .GIF icons, and name them:

on
off
offlock

And place them into this directory:
http://www.mobilespdaworld.com/images/vision/

Replace all.
