I got this a week back heres what it will say.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I click a tab on my admin cp and then if i click a link in that page it gives me that.

Ok my host said i dont have mode_security installed

Be easier to carry this on in the sticky rather than here too.
