Not sure how you caused that, here is one way to fix:
Caution: I would remove just one or two at first & check to make sure the single entries are working OK.
You could go into your database (phpMyAdmin @ your hosting account), and carefully remove all the extra rows in the table mybb_settinggroups, leaving just one of each.

Ok, in the tables are all OK. I haven't nothing duplicate within tables.

OK, well in your Admin panel the duplicates should be gone now too.
No, my problem remains the same. Do not delete anything from the db , that there was nothing to delete.
Don't use the database, go to ACP > Configuration > Modify Settings > delete the doubles.
