I want Mybb. However I heard you have to download individual files. I have Windows 7. Can some tell me how to download this succesfully?

They're not individual files, it's zipped up

Would "Extract File" be the same as unzipping?

Okay, sorry for the questions. For some reason this is difficult for me.

After that I see lots of individual files. Now what do I do?

Upload them to your host with an FTP client, your host should have provided you with FTP login details somewhere.
