Click The link - http://www.profifaleagues.net

It takes the user straight to the forum page (Index.php) but still displays as http://www.profifaleagues.net. How can i make it take the user to http://www.profifaleagues.net/portal.php instead, while still displaying http://www.profifaleagues.net?

It can be found in ur cpanel from your host. In cpanel go to domains ---> redirects, then add your redirect there
