I am a newbie with forums and would like to setup MyBB on my server but before I do I would like to ask someone who has worked with MyBB some very important questions about it...If someone could PM me offering to hewlp I would really appreciate it...
My questions would mostly be about post filtering and that kind of question...
But I havew a question here if anyone could answer it
?:Can I (as the admin) add in the users manually and not allow anyone to signup by filling out a form on the site??
Any Help would be greatly appreciated

Yes
you can disable registering and also you can manually create user

yes for sure in Admin CP > Users and Groups >Create New User

u may fill all the info needed

to disable the registration
Admin CP > Board Settings > Change > user Regestration
last option is to disable registrations
