Perhaps one that slightly relates to PhotoShop? Get a custom one made..
Try getting a custom one from Zynge.net, they make good themes.

As good as their reputation can be, I don't think Zynge would exactly convey a good photoshop forum....

A PhotoShop theme would be easy to make, someone should do it.
