dude i need little help

i am gona to make a plugin for google adsense which will show add just after forum name and before subforum start.
so anyone tel me some basic of the plugin making...?

There are quite a few of these out there, not to mention it can be done just as easily with a template edit. But if you still want to make another one instead of using an existing one I would suggest downloading Pirata Nervo's plugin maker, I believe it's targeted for template based plugins.
