I have made a theme that somone wants and they said they will not breach copyrite and was wondering how you actualy copyrite it?

well you cant stop them taking it, with things like themes its hard to stop people...however if you just have proof you made it before them it can help, but there isnt like a internet police you can go see.
Technically, you have an implicit copyright of everything on your site overridden by any explicit copyright you may list.

I was just wondering because, each country has different rules for copyrighting internet-related material. I have knowledge of the procedure for the US, but I have no idea what England does in terms of copyrights.
