I think I should have flipped it around a bit; to:

It's Virus Season - Become immune, stay safe, adapt, Pulse-It.

That makes more sense, although adapt and immunity are identical, so probably removing "Become immune" or "adapt" would make it flow better.

I like it but I am not sure about the part "stay safe, adapt, Pulse-It." It doesn't look right after "It's Virus Season - Become immune"
