can u help me how to making moderator can see IP address like admin mode IP Logged in their thread ?

Have you tried this...

Admin CP > Configuration > Board Settings > Log Posting IP Addresses > Change settings

@above, Log Posting IP address it mod or default setting ? ican't find that

Type IP into the settings search box, you'll find it....

or type "address" on SEARCH box, will find on bottom of page

It is there. I am sure you will find it if you look a bit harder.
